Proctor Public Utilities, headed by Char Jones (water & electric) and Jay Boysen (wastewater) is dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and efficient utility services that meet the needs of our community. We’re committed to delivering high-quality service, maintaining and improving essential infrastructure, and responding to customer needs with professionalism and integrity. Through responsible stewardship and dependable operations, we work every day to support the health, safety, and quality of life of the residents and businesses of Proctor.
The Proctor Utilities Commission (water & electric) members are Troy DeWall, Eric Bingaman, and Korey Halvorson. They meet the 2nd Monday of the month 6:00 PM at 100 Pionk Drive.
