To complete the service line inventory our system conducted a visual inspection and/or a records review of service lines in Proctor. As of 11/17/2025, our current inventory contains 3 lead, 23 galvanized requiring replacement, 932 unknown material, and 305 non-lead service lines. The City of Proctor aims to replace all lead water service pipes in its water system. The City will be seeking funding that would pay to replace both public and private water pipes. To be prepared when funding is received, the City of Proctor is conducting a Lead service inventory to plan for how many replacements will be necessary.
