Monday-Thursday: 8 am to 3 pm

Please call 628-6293, or 940-2712 during office hours to be sure staff is in Proctor office. Staff also work in Hermantown office during these times.

Trac 7 Cable Channel

Trac 7 Cable Channel is responsible for taping Proctor City Council meetings. Council meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month 6:00 pm at PACC/City Hallin the council chambers, 100 Pionk Drive, Proctor Minnesota. Visit Trac 7 Channel to view meetings.

    Proctor Beyond the Yellow Ribbon

On August 19, 2017, Proctor was officially named a Yellow Ribbon Community. Proctor is proud to support its military veterans, service members and families. The mission of the Proctor Beyond the Yellow Ribbon is to establish and sustain a comprehensive community and corporate support network that connects and coordinate agencies, organizations, and resources to meet the needs of Minnesota’s military veterans, service members, and families in all military branches.

SUPPORT WE OFFER:      

Purchasing appliances
Grocery gift cards
Connecting service members and their families to home repair services
Sending funds to purchase personal necessities and gift cards during activation periods and shutdowns
Donating to different MN causes for military children
JOIN US!   Meetings are the first Monday every month at the Proctor VFW at 5:30 p.m. (unless a holiday)
