    Trac 7 Cable Channel

Trac 7 Cable Channel is responsible for taping the following government meetings.  All meetings are held at City Hall Council Chambers, 100 Pionk Drive, Proctor Minnesota.  Visit Trac 7 Channel to view meetings.

  • Public Utilities Commission Meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of the month at 6 pm

  • Planning & Zoning Commission Meetings are held the 4th Monday of the month at 5 pm

    Proctor Beyond the Yellow Ribbon

On August 19, 2017, Proctor was officially named a Yellow Ribbon Community. Proctor is proud to support its military veterans, service members and families.

The mission of the Proctor Beyond the Yellow Ribbon is to establish and sustain a comprehensive community and corporate support network that connects and coordinate agencies, organizations, and resources to meet the needs of Minnesota's military veterans, service members, and families in all military branches.

SUPPORT WE OFFER:      

Purchasing appliances
Grocery gift cards
Connecting service members and their families to home repair services
Sending funds to purchase personal necessities and gift cards during activation periods and shutdowns
Donating to different MN causes for military children

 JOIN US!   

     Meetings are the first Monday every month at the Proctor VFW at 5:30 p.m. (unless a holiday)
