NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN the City Council of the City of Proctor, Minnesota will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday January 20, 2026, at 6:00 p.m., or as soon as possible thereafter, in the Council Chambers at the Proctor Area Community Center (PACC)l, 100 Pionk Drive Proctor, MN. The public hearing will be held pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 161.164. The City of Proctor has received the final layout for State Project 6908-72, Highway 2 – Proctor, Pavement & Sidewalk Project, from 0.24 miles West of CSAH 13 (Midway Road) to .014 miles east of CSAH 14 (Boundary Avenue) to be constructed in 2027 (the “Project”). A public hearing is necessary before the City approves a Resolution for Approval for the Project. One or more representatives from MnDOT will be present at the public hearing to present the final layout for the Project.  Any person wishing to express an opinion on the Project will be heard either orally or in writing at the public hearing.
