In-Person Access
The 6:00 p.m. City Council Meetings are open to the public and held in council chambers at the Proctor Area Community Center (PACC) 100 Pionk Drive Proctor, MN. Visitors should park in the North parking lot and enter Door 6.

Remote Access
The 6:00 p.m. City Council Meeting is available remotely via YouTube https://www.youtube.com/@trac7298/streams.

Public comments may also be submitted in advance of the meeting to cityhall@proctormn.gov up to 3:00 p.m. the day of the meeting with the e-mail title “City Council Meeting.”  All comments are public data
