Trac 7 Cable Channel
Trac 7 Cable Channel is responsible for taping the following government meetings. All meetings are held at City Hall Council Chambers, 100 Pionk Drive, Proctor Minnesota. Visit Trac 7 Channel to view meetings.

- City Council Meetings are held on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month at 6 pm
- Public Utilities Commission Meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of the month at 6 pm
- Proctor Economic Development Authority Meetings are held on the 3rd Thursday of the month at 6 pm
- Planning & Zoning Commission Meetings are held the 4th Monday of the month at 5 pm
Police Department
Residents and visitors to the Proctor area are protected by the City's Police Department 24 hours a day/365 days a year. The Proctor Police Department serves the community of over 3,000 residents. The agency consists of 7 full-time officers and two civilian office workers.

Fire Department
Proctor Fire Department is staffed with professional volunteer Fire Fighters and EMRs who respond to Fire, Rescue and EMS calls in the City of Proctor. Fire Hall is located at 223 5th Avenue.
