Trac 7 Cable Channel
Trac 7 Cable Channel is responsible for taping the following government meetings. All meetings are held at City Hall Council Chambers, 100 Pionk Drive, Proctor Minnesota. Visit Trac 7 Channel to view meetings.

- Public Utilities Commission Meetings are held on the 2nd Monday of the month at 6 pm

- Planning & Zoning Commission Meetings are held the 4th Monday of the month at 5 pm
Proctor Police Department
Residents and visitors to the Proctor area are protected by the City's Police Department 24 hours a day/365 days a year. The Proctor Police Department serves the community of over 3,000 residents. The agency consists of 8 full-time officers and one civilian clerk.

Fire Department
Proctor Fire Department is staffed with professional volunteer Fire Fighters and EMRs who respond to Fire, Rescue and EMS calls in the City of Proctor. Fire Hall is located at 223 5th Avenue.

Proctor Beyond the Yellow Ribbon
On August 19, 2017, Proctor was officially named a Yellow Ribbon Community. Proctor is proud to support its military veterans, service members and families.
The mission of the Proctor Beyond the Yellow Ribbon is to establish and sustain a comprehensive community and corporate support network that connects and coordinate agencies, organizations, and resources to meet the needs of Minnesota's military veterans, service members, and families in all military branches.

Sending funds to purchase personal necessities and gift cards during activation periods and shutdowns
