The Proctor Economic Development Authority will be having a closed meeting on Friday September 20, 2024 10:00 a.m. as permitted by section 13D.05, subdivision 3(C) to consider an offer relating to the potential sale of the following parcels of land: 185-0240-00670, 185-0240-00680, 185-0240-00690, 185-0240-00700 and 185-0240-00750.
