Proctor City Council Pre-Agenda Meeting Access
The 5:00 p.m. Pre-Agenda Meeting is open to the public and are held in council chambers at the Proctor Area Community Center (PACC) 100 Pionk Drive Proctor, MN. Visitors should park in the North parking lot and enter Door 6.   The Pre-Agenda Meeting is available in-person only at City Hall. Public comment is generally not allowed at the pre-agenda meeting.
