DESCRIPTION:NOTICE OF FILING FOR MUNICIPAL OFFICE City of Proctor\, Minnesota \nNotice is hereby given to the qualified voters of the City of Proctor\, County of St. Louis\, State of Minnesota\, that the candidate filing period for the upcoming municipal election will open on Tuesday\, July 14\, 2026\, and close at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday\, July 28\, 2026. \nThe following offices are to be filled for the General Election to be held on Tuesday\, November 3\, 2026: \n\n1 (one) Mayor – Two Year Term\n1 (one) City Councilor At-Large – Four Year Term\n1 (one) City Councilor At-Large – Four Year Term\n\nCandidates must file an Affidavit of Candidacy and pay a filing fee of $2 with the City Clerk. Affidavits of Candidacy must be filed in person or by mail at the City Hall\, located at 100 Pionk Drive Proctor\, MN 55810\, during regular business hours from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.\, Monday through Friday.
